Several years ago I was given the name of Leonard Wencek...someone who might be able to help in my search for old photo's of Dunkirk. I stopped by his home and introduced myself and he had heard of me and what I had been doing. Len was able to help me with many old pictures of Dunkirk...and became a very valuable resource when looking for old Drum Corps pictures as well. Last summer Len showed me these old pictures he had taken of Dunkirk...and I was speechless..these are a very high quality photograph showing Dunkirk as Len remembered it I am very thankful for Mr & Mrs Lenord Wencek for all thier kind help...and I'm very honored to show the "kids of Dunkirk" Len's photographs! |
